Contact your local Humane Society or SPCA to report animal cruelty, dog fighting, neglect and abandonment.
The Pennsylvania SPCA has created a statewide toll-free hotline to report animal cruelty: 1-866-601-SPCA.
To report unsatisfactory conditions in kennel facilities, contact the Dog Law Enforcement Bureau at 1-877-DOG-TIP1.
