We are a federally-recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization formed to provide low-cost training support and education to dog owners in the greater Harrisburg area. We support relationship-based training and behavior modification plans that focus on the use of positive reinforcement. We want to provide our services to those who:Cannot afford a trainer; Have been turned away; Have been dissatisfied with prior training.
