Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center (CSAC) is a virtual rescue. We do not own a brick and mortar building. We are a network of fosters, adopters, and rescue partners primarily located in north-eastern Maryland and south-central Pennsylvania. CSAC rescues dogs from local shelters, accepts dogs from owners who need to surrender their pets and works with organizations that rescue dogs from puppy mills in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
